Who we are
Foundation to Empower Students
The Foundation to Empower Students (FES), established as a public limited company under the Companies Act 2017, is dedicated to uplifting deserving students through comprehensive educational support, including scholarships, grants, and developmental programs. Driven by a mission to empower students in their academic and personal growth, FES partners with organizations like the Worldwide Education Foundation (WEF) working collaboratively to expand access to resources that shape students' futures and enhance educational opportunities.
Operating in Booni, Chitral, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, we address the region's educational challenges—limited resources, poor infrastructure, and a lack of opportunities for students and teachers. In Phase 1, since 2020, FES has been transforming education by launching Early Childhood Development (ECD) Centers and Language Labs, benefiting both private and public schools. Our efforts have impacted over 1,500 students and 100 teachers, helping bridge the gap between private and public education.
In Phase 2, launched in 2024, we expanded to 19 government schools, combining ECD programs with Technology-Assisted English Language Labs to elevate the quality of education. By partnering with the Ministry of Elementary and Secondary Education of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, FES is working to ensure equal opportunities for every child.
FES is dedicated to unlocking the potential of Chitral's children through innovative education, empowering them to succeed academically and thrive as lifelong learners.
